When you shop at Pantry Perfection LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied. We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 to anywhere within the United States. Outdoor grilling products do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 10 business days from receipt of the product for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.
